GEN-AG Genetics of Fungi

The GEN-AG Genetics of Fungi was founded in 2011 and currently has around 40 members. The GEN-AG Genetics of Fungi brings together the interests of scientists who deal with fungi as objects of study and apply genetic methods.

The aim of the GEN-AG Genetics of Fungi is to promote research work on fungal model systems and to organize joint conferences with other specialist societies. Furthermore, the field of fungal genetics is to be presented in separate symposia at GfG annual conferences.
